Sitha Investments was a real estate company co-founded by the late South African Nationalist leader, Walter Sisulu, in 1939. The name Sitha was derived from its two founders Walter Sisulu and Thabethe.
The company was closed down about a decade later. The Biography Walter and Albertina Sisulu: In Our Lifetime, says that the office of Sitha Investments was a hive of political activity of the ANC and that Sisulu eventually decided to close down and focus on politics full time. The book also says that the company had entered into receivership by 1947.
